Spicy Vegetarian Chili: Finest vegetarian chili! With eggplant, plum tomatoes, onion, garlic, zucchini, bell peppers, jalapeños, white beans, kidney beans, and cilantro. You will not even miss out on the meat!
Chili con Carne: With portions of chuck roast, browned in bacon fat and prepared with red kidney beans, red chili and chipotle chili, onion, garlic, jalapeños, tomatoes, and lime juice. Leading with grated cheddar and sliced red onion. GREAT!
Chile Verde: Genuine Mexican pork chile verde with portions of pork shoulder sluggish prepared in a roasted tomatillo and jalapeño chile verde sauce. Great!
White Chili: EASY! With white beans, chicken, garlic, onions, green chiles, and Monterey jack cheese.
Turkey Chili: Great for turkey leftovers! This turkey chili dish utilizes shredded turkey meat, kidney beans, onion, garlic, chili and tomatoes.
Chili Beans with Rice: Among our preferred mid-week suppers! Louisiana design chili beans with hamburger and pinto beans, served over rice.
Pumpkin Chili: Made with portions of pumpkin, ground pork, black beans, a bottle of beer, and lots of spices. Prepared in under an hour. Even much better the next day.
