WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday declined a bipartisan “Dreamer” migration strategy proposed by a group of U.S. senators, stating it did not appropriately money his long-touted wall along the southern border with Mexico and calling it “an action backwards.”

” The so-called bipartisan DACA offer provided the other day to myself and a group of Republican Senators and Congressmen was a huge action in reverse,” Trump composed in a post on Twitter, one day after the group stated it had actually reached a tentative arrangement to safeguard young “Dreamer” immigrants from deportation.

Under the proposition, the United States “would be required to take great deals of individuals from high criminal activity nations which are doing severely,” Trump included.
